I booked a bus ticket from Saigon to Dak Lak with some problems to respond to Quyet Thang cooperative:n1. When booking a car ticket I book 2 days in advance. I booked an adult ticket with 1 3-year-old baby, I spoke with the person who received the booking. The person who booked the ticket for the bed ticket is near the end of the car. In that case I said there was a baby following the bed near the front of the car but said that it was out of bed. At the time of getting to bed, during the journey, there is still space in front of the car.n2. The staff report to get the ticket at 6pm but when the car comes out, wait another 30 minutes. It is 18h30 for guests to get on the bus. While waiting for the time to get on the car it started to rain. The assistant staff did not let the passengers get into the car first but waited to arrange the luggage of everyone who was waiting for the bus. I was very upset when the 3-year-old baby was wet with rain.nI suggest the car to work with relevant departments: giving priority to the elderly and children; work again now on the car.

On September 3, 2016, I was on the 47c 01276 air-conditioned bus ride, I was extremely upset with the attitude of the female staff on this bus route.
