A must-do for foodiesnThis cooking class is a special treat for anyone interested in Vietnamese cuisine. pick-up from hotel, market tour, cooking class, food, chef, all were perfect. I did have a wonderful time with chef Chris. He made the lessons very fun and hands-on. I really enjoyed his vibe. Would highly recommend! I myself will book this again for my next trip to Vietnam.

This is an absolute must! If you like food, this is the best way to enjoy it. You know how fresh it is because you literally go shopping at the market for everything that you cook. They teach you the history and cultural significance of the dishes that you might never hear otherwise, and you go home with a recipe book to share with your friends and family at home. And although every dish is unique and full of ingredients, there really aren't any ingredients that would be difficult to find outside Vietnam, so it's easy to add these recipes to your own home cooking.nnAlso, the kitchen where you cook is beautiful and relaxing in itself!

Ms. Apple is a great chef. She explained everything in details and made sure everyone got involved into cooking.
