For the first 12-digit citizen identification, it costs only VND 15k, outside the photo of the old ID card 2k (inconvenient, the price with on-site service will be better), sending the car 10k. Home delivery service pays another 20k, because it is answered that home delivery is faster than pick up on the spot. The total cost is 47k not expensive. However, when the deadline is from 2 to 11 to receive the CC in the date of issue of record 4, the price can shorten the favorable period for people. I applied for CCCD card renewal due to expiration on August 26 and received the card via home delivery. Everything went smoothly at the time of applying, but after I was told to complete the application, I did not receive any other appointment papers or documents. Up to now 01/10 has not received the card, do not know how to contact or what to do to check the status of receiving the card. Now I have to go to the city. Ho Chi Minh City is urgently but the card has not come home yet, the problems related to the bank cannot be resolved due to the absence of a CCCD. Read some reviews below, feeling really disturbing.
