I booked the resort for 3 nights but upon check in, the resort was too bad. The room does not have remote air conditioning, so it is inconvenient. Turning off the air conditioner is stuffy, turning on the air conditioner is 18 degrees, too cold. Bathrooms have no hot water while in rainy season BMT at night is very cold. Down to the reception area, there is no one to support.nnCall Mr. Dung to say the remote is broken and thank you tonight. Suggest that Mr Dung change rooms and tell him if they can stay, they should change to another hotel to check outn(* voice is not cooperative at all, extremely rebellious - unlike when booking a full room with full air-conditioning facilities)nnToo bad. One go never comes back.

The hotel is too bad, the air conditioner is not remote, the room has no hot water. Management talks extremely defiant.
