Contrary to some reviews, staff were all nice and accommodating. You will be assisted with warm greetings as soon as you step in to the premises. From the security staff to the reception, they all had their own fair share of service amidst the ongoing pandemic crisis. My friend called their office about her visa but they’re so rude and unhelpful. You should let the person talk before you reply. Don’t cut them off while talking. Be helpful because that’s your job. Don’t be “Suplada”. Same thing with your staff there at your office, i went there once and the lady i talked to was rude.
