Same the problem as other people, the shippers did not call my customer but they stated on the information site that they could not contact (every day they stated different reasons). I also wonder whether they made the shipment or kept it in the post for those time.nThe parcel arrived at the post 11/12 but until 14/12 they sent the message.

You can send postcards and letters to friends or relatives at the post office
