Rebranding of Ho Coc Resort. We were expecting renovated property and facilities, however this is just the same area renamed.nnWe paid for an upgrade to the bungalow for a bit more privacy. The upgrade also included foot and body massages for 2. The bungalow smelled of insecticide and just to be fair, there were a few mosquitos. The bed and furnishings are nice, however we had a small issue with ants in the room. The room stewards were quick to fix the issue and changed all our sheets.nnThe actual beach is about 200 yards from the beach front bungalow. The pool area is located closer to the main building and reception area. The spa/massage is next to the pool.nnWe stayed on a Thursday night and there were already a few tour busses of foreign students and a number of the limo vans.nnThe power also went out in the morning while staying here. The breakfast buffet which was included was sub-par. We gave the benefit of the doubt to the power outtage.
