This is just an interesting place to escape to, an alternative getaway spot to explore close to the city.nPark your bike on the pavement and trek over the sand dunes.nOnce you reach the top of the main dune there you’ll see the flooded area bellow, shallow water with lily pads all around the banks and interesting wildlife roaming around too.nFrogs, cranes, other miscellaneous birds, goats, snakes and strange beetles and bugs. There are old broken houses in the water too, who knows the story they tell, why were they busted up? They definitely add a bit of intrigue.nIt’s a great spot for a picnic or just a quiet place to drink a few cold beers with mates, with no one in sight, it’s nice to be able to get a little solitude every once in a while.
