The hotel it self was ok. We had booked through agoda 2 days ahead of time however upon arrival the receptionist said they were fully booked and didn't have a room for us. After negotiating for 30 minutes, she finally gave us a room. It was terrible. The room smelled of second hand smoke and the walls were a sort of black and yellow mix of paint and mold. After I went downstairs to ask for a discount she finally moved us into the room we booked. From that point on it was a decent stay.

The people in Happy Smile dindn't smile so much but it was a comfortable 3 nights stay . We had the room with balcony, was busy in the morning, not too noisy.nNeighbors dogs sucked sometimes. This area at the edge of the city has lots of Hotels, if you don't like this one just walk nextdoor.nAnyway, clean enough, bed, good, Aircon, TV , Hot water.nWifi ok.

Spacious guest house, enthusiastic owner indicates places for guests to hang out. Location near Ghe Rang. Room rate is a double bed 200k / day and night.
