Perhaps the best Big C I have been in in Vietnam for choice but access for anyone with mobility issues is poor.

The big supper market in central of Vietnam, nearly the Quy Nhon station so you can find them easier.nThese sell a lot commodity and traditional food-gift with good price, so I prefer Big C if you want to buy something at Quy Nhon city.nThe images have been photo at the Tet holiday, that why have a many people, if you coming a normal day, no worries about that.
