Tran Hung Dao Statue

Among One of the best places to visit in Quy Nhon. Find a good weather and specially a evening as it's open to sun. Local fishermen's are friendly and open for help. Both side boat trip could cost 100k to 200k. Nearby seafood restaurant s are clean and giving a good value to money you spend.

Seems to be a popular restaurant. Cheap, very clear menu on pictures, some English speaking staff. Choice of Vietnamese soup.

It has a good view but there is much dirt and trash on the way to the statue. If you would like to go there, take the boat from the fishing port (Hàm Tử port) (around 5usd for whole ship - round trip - 10 people max per ship) then walk on the trail (15 minute) to the statue. It's quite hot due to the sun so remember bringing water.

Take a boat from Quy Nhon fish port in Tran Hung Dao street to Hai Minh fishing village.Climb moutain about 10mintues,you can stay in Tran Hung Dao statue and you can see Quy Nhon city and Quy Nhon pỏt.

Tran Hung Dao statue (Hai Minh fishing village, Phuong Mai peninsula) can be seen from Quy Nhon city when we go along Xuan Dieu street. It takes about 10 minutes to go there from Ham Tu sea port (at the end of Ham Tu street), costs 10.000 VND for one way on boat. Saint Tran is one of greatest generals in history of Vietnam in 13th century, with glorious victories against the Mongol Empire. Quynhonese made statue to worship him and they believe he's always be with them and bless them in life, especially in Vietnamese fisherman's belief.
