Cultural center, there are many art and culture classes as well as sports, there are classrooms, dance, gym, Yoga classes, children's clubs and youth. The surrounding area is spacious cafes.

Stop at Binh Dinh Province Labor Culture House to serve T7 bus route (Quy Nhon - Go Boi - Cat Tien), located on Le Duan street, next to the cultural house gate. Previously serving T5 service (inner city running between Xom Xom and Zone 1) but the route was abolished in early 2014 because of sluggish operation.
