Nhã homestay

Bad service, family room just 1 air conditioner, so very hot and smell - this place is nearest a squid factory. When I wrote a review to their page (via facebook), their manager wrote and share a lot of my profile with impolite words and rude.

Lovely & good service

- Homestay in the area has a rim squid workshop, very foul.n- The room with cockroaches, the family room (we go for 4 people) is very hot, only 1 air-conditioner ferries to a double bed, the other side of the bed, the air conditioner cannot overflow. Changing fan with larger capacity, NV said they are using it, it would be better for customers to withstand the heat, but NV would not suffer.n- The room has stained-glass doors, unevenly colored, there are many empty boxes, the outside can be seen inside.n- Toilet outside, must be shared with the next double room even with a private toilet.n- There are no corridor lights if you have a need to go to the night toilet, a remote switch, very inconvenient for the elderly, or those who are afraid of ghosts.n- Book 4 days because of poor service, stay 2 days will be deducted 50% deposit. Assuming that my service is not guaranteed, I apologize for having a bad impression but, there is one word but my side is always praised. Refuse to acknowledge an attitude problem with guests.n- There is no free drinking water, when customers ask, they receive the attitude of disregard for customers.n-when the reviewers complain, their friends or co-manager re-attacked and insulted the guests, causing discomfort for the guests for a few daysn- finally apologized and guest passed through but caused trouble for both sides nonethelessn1 stars for the delay apology.
