Outstanding shave and scalp/head shave by barber named Huế. Of course they do regular haircuts too. I especially like the sliding glass doors which keep out the heat and bugs. Nice use of electric fans in the shop kept me very cool and comfortable. If there aren't other customers waiting you will probably get a nice neck massage. I have been here two times now and I will definitely return. Very little English spoken. Use Google Translate and be prepared to show them a photo of what you want.
