Really bad service at the office of Aeroflot in Hanoi. Even though Aeroflot apparently offers passengers holding tickets to Germany an one-time free of charge rebooking the departure dates of their flights while maintaining the original flights during this pandemic-related period of time (which is obviously shown on the official website of Aeroflot). The person I talked to at Aeroflot office in Hanoi absurdly denied it and implicitly refused to listen to what I was trying to tell him about the updated condition of Aeroflot. He told me he is too busy for such things and made it seem like i was talking nonsense. Well... don’t they get paid for supporting their clients with these things?nThey ridiculously speak against their own policy for clients! Aeroflot airline is fine but the administration of the airline should def check out their offices in Hanoi.nNow we have to cancel our flights because they wouldn’t help AT ALL.

Location first floor of an old building in a compound quite difficult to find because there are just few indications.nCash only they don't accept credit cards and any cash machine is far away. Unusiful servicenbetter call the call centre in Russia.

Worst airline i have ever taken, staff is extremely arrogant and stupid, i have witnessed they treated all customer with arrogant attitude, not only with me, acted like they are bosses, i didnt expect this from a senior staff as well, i took the flight from hanoi to moscow at 10:45am 25/12, the senior vietnamese staff was extremely rude and didnt provide any help, he only yelled at customer giving them order, i would advice everyone i know not to take aeroflot especially if the flight is from vietnam
