We had a great stay after being rejected by two other hotels in the area because they feared we had CoViD which we don't. These guys were very hospitable but the wife charged us 280,000₫ and then the husband tried charging us 300,000₫ so just make sure you get a clear price before accepting. The rooms were spacious, the beds reasonably comfortable and the bathroom clean :)

Pretty good service. Location is good, quite and clean. You can easily grab food. Service is awesome and room is very clean.

Agreed a price then overcharged us for cold drinks to get far more out of us than agreed. They had our passports so we had no choice but to pay. Room was clean but with a pet cockroach. Awoken at 5am by loud music. Foreigners avoid! They'll rip you off
