La Paloma Hotel Ninh Binh

Amazing hotel. The staff were really nice and helpful here. They went out there way to be nice and see if you needed anything. The hotel seemed almost brand new which was great and our standard room was large with a massive shower. It was clean and included all the essential amenities. The breakfast was huge and tasty and the staff were really kind in getting anything else you might need. We also checked out and they allowed us to leave our bags there for the day as we were catching a night train. They even gave us tea and let us stay in reception before we left.

Clean rooms, great facilities. View isn't the best though, you can only see Ninh Binh City from the windows. The rooms have a satisfying modern look to it so it is a pleasure to stay in these rooms. The toilets are clean eventhough it has no bath tub. This is still fine as Ninh Binh is a hot place not a cold one. The soap and shampoo is of good enough quality. The staff in this hotel can speak English well so it shouldn't be too difficult for tourists to communicate with the staff. The hotel also offers motorbike and bicycle rentals to guests for 100,000 VND per motorbike per day and 80,000 VND per bicycle per day. In spite of all this the staff forgot to put in soap, shampoo, and towels in the toilet on the last day. The staff eventually apologized and gave us what we needed.

We loved everything about this hotel and couldn't of been happier. The beds were VERY comfortable, the room and hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was incredible and extremely helpful. The grounds were gorgeous. For just a small amount more then most homestays in the area it was 100% worth the extra money.
