Bin House Apartment

I rented this apartment for 1 month and really enjoyed staying here. I got the room at the last floor. The view is mind blowing. My biggest criteria was a well ventilated room. They provide cleaning twice a week. The house owner lives in the ground floor. They are extremely kind. They provided everything we asked for. Internet speed was 45-50Mbps. Elevator was working always. When I was here we didn't have power cut even once. Right in front of night market. And lots of cafes and restaurants near by.

Had a very comfortable week-long stay at Bin house apartments. (End of May 2019). Room was spotless, bed comfortable, and the AC and hot water worked perfectly throughout my entire stay. I appreciated the location, just a short walking distance to the ocean and many options for street food and cafes around. There is a small Mini Mart around the corner from the apartment where I stocked up on water and snacks (the small but fully-equipped kitchenette and fridge in my room came in handy!)

My family had a vacation in Da Nang so we chose a apartment to stay there and we chose Bin House. It was recommended by my friend. We love this apartment because its space and interior. The space very beautiful and luxurious as well as convenient my dad love it so much. From the apartment you can go to the beach for 10 minutes. The apartment is the best choice for you if you go with your family.

The most impressive part of the stay was by far the staff. They were friendly and happy. Everyone always greeted us with a smile and were interested in hearing about our day and our experience . Mr Giang helped recommend an amazing Japanese restaurant, booked the table and even ordered us a Grab getting us a discounted fare. Lastly she gave us a list of things to do and places to eat after we left Da Nang.

Come here and you will feel comfortable. I came here many times. The house is clean, large. There is a lake in front of the house. The price is reasonable. We can go to the beach near here. Good place for sightseeing and relax. Nice color and friendly with nature but luxury also. Don't hesitate to come to this apartment in Da Nang.
