Phong Lan Hotel

A simple hotel located just next to the local market. Many local eateries are at walking distance. Owners' family are very nice people and they also serves nice rice noodle soup and coffee at downstairs. We borrowed a motorcycle from the hotel to go around the city. As it's closed to the market, it is a bit noisy during the day time, but we still preferred to open a balcony door for cool river breeze coming in.

Has cheap rooms compare to other hotels. Near the city centre. Has a backyard garden.

Service doesn't seem good. The room is not comfortable. Refrigerator has but not to use. The door cannot be locked. The toilet does not have a hose. ...
