Good place to stay

This hotel demonstrates terrible customer service! Be warn before you decide to reside here and this applies to all rooms. The hot water works 30% of the time, they turn off the air conditioning randomly on you so you have to go downstairs to ask them to turn it back on. The staff are dull and unfriendly especially the cleaners. The internet access is crappy, it works and doesnt work. This place could use much better management! Highly do not recommend staying here!
