I'll start by saying that the staff are very pleasant, good level of English,Chinese and with a good view over the city & the rooms are nice and clean.

This is the worst hotel ever. After booking with Agoda breakfast, I stayed 7 nights, but cleaned only 3 times, neither towels nor breakfast. Also, it is said that Korean and English are available, and no one at the hotel can speak Korean or English.nWhen I check out, I ask for a refund for breakfast.n15,000vnd refund, one Korean restaurant nearbyn150,000vnd and one local restaurant in Vietnam is over 40,000vnd, but I'm not there ...nKoreans should not use this hotelnDon't use this place as there are many other good hotels in Bac Ninh because it's only stressful.
