A great location and great potential but disappointing. Only the 7 tables out on the pavement had customers and were being served by a sweet but overworked beer promotion lady. The beers were served warm and there seemed to be limited ice to chill in the glass. The veg had good garlic but the beef was tough and noodles over cooked. The grilled oysters ( slow in being served) were very good and a bargain at 70k for 7. With adequate waitresses and colder beers ( or more ice) this little local restaurant will be good.
