Tra Son is located in the administrative area of ​​Che village - Lien Bao commune - Tien Du district - Bac Ninh province. Tra Son is about 11km south of Bac Ninh Archipelago, about 10km from Cam Giang parish house.nnTra Son is now about 265 in the name of living together with the people (of about 9,000 people in Lien Bao commune). The parishioners in Tra Son mainly live on agriculture, some escaped to work as employees and participate in trade and service sectors.nnThe church of Tra Son was built in 1931. The church is 8m wide, 32m long, 5.5m high roof, there is a 70kg bell that was cast in 1942 in France and currently has no bell tower. The church is currently being renovated to meet the needs of their teachers.nnTra Son received faith in the early twentieth century, then gradually formed a parish. In the early years, their original chapel was burnt by Miss Hau and his family gave their home to the people to become chapels. To be grateful, when Mr. Hau passed away, the people of Tra Son were buried in the church staff. Later, Catholics became more and more so they started to build a church like today (1931). In 1954, there was almost no migration in Tra Son to the South. However, because of the difficulties of the time, their faith life was gradually eroded. Since the father's regular return to the Mass, Tra Son religion has gradually been restored. At the end of 2013, Father Joseph Tran Ba ​​Hanh returned to Tra Son to retire. Since then, Tra Son has a direct presence.nnThanks to his father, Tra Son often had Mass throughout the week so the life of Faith was improved. Currently in their religion, there are active congregations of Ba Da Minh, Gia Truong, and Rosary. Besides, many organizations are forming and preparing to launch in the near future.
