Annam Gourmet Saigon Centre

I used to like going shopping for groceries at Annam Gourmet a couple of years ago, but the quality of service has dramatically gone south in recent months. Many of the staff are unprofessional, rude and incompetent, lots of items are out of stock, and they don't even bother to ensure that the products they sell are not past their expiry date.nDisappointing. Not coming back.

They have all those hard to find things. Items from back home. Good quality. Bring your$$$ you will need it

Good quality product but extremely bad customer service and delivery service. I visit them at 7:00pm but the cashier refuse to deliver my goods (grocery and meat) so that I have to return everything back and buy from another store. Maybe they don't want to deliver for me because my purchase only 1mil vnd?!?!

Well stocked, a little unorganized in the cleaning section but can't complain, the place is clean and has almost everything you will need. Not in cheap side more in the quality and convenient.

Great range and nice staff normally apart from a security guard who was quite aggressive when we went with our shopping trolley to the pastry area. Gruff person who shushed us away as if we were going to make a run for it and steal.
