Has been redecorated. Nice. Good service. Convenient location.nnJANUARY 2021 UPDATEDnnI come back to stay here at the Residence Club in this New Year's Eve.nnDespite of the Covid-19, the service was still excellent and professional as always or even better. For the second time at the Residence Club, surprisingly, I was upgraded to the Suite, which gave me the feelings of being so special and appreciated.nnThe colossal and spotless suite in the corner gave me the beautiful lively panorama views of the Saigon city centre. And know what, one of the best things I love about the New World hotel, exclusively for the Residence Club is the complimentary evening cocktail and the luxurious private lounge with express check in and check out comes with superb service where all the devoted staff trying their best to make me feel at home. That was captivating.nnNow, when recalling my lovely stays at this outstanding hotel, I still feel jubilant to be warmly welcomed and delicately taken care of. Believe me, give the New World hotel a try, you won’t ever regret.

Great experienced so far with one of the most luxurious hotels in Ho Chi Minh city:n- Location: near city center with bars, convenience stores and local food stores, etc..n- Facilities: clean, modern and comfort. Worth to pay for.n- Staff: good manner, adapt to my request.n- Environment: elegant and feel ease to stay withnnRecommended.

Restaurant was a shadow of itself but the lowest was not to give glasses of water before u see menu and later after having to ask 5star hotel I dont think so meat was dry lots of it but dry supposed baileys cheese cake was ordinary slice of cheesecake was great food once you paid for it but was extremely good now pay for it but ......

We had a lovely time in New World Saigon Hotel. Came here for Thanksgiving and they didn’t disappoint! Beautiful lobby and the atmosphere is welcoming. They have temperature checks and hand sanitizing stations. After enjoying our first time, we would come back for their Sunday brunch buffet. Amazing spread of fresh seafood, carvery, and desserts at Parkview Cafe within the hotel.nIf anything, I would suggest that they have a list of ways to cook and/or sauces/flavours available to choose from when ordering seafood. I appreciate the staff in the grilling station that asked how I would like the lamb chops to be cooked. Customer service is excellent and consistent. The tables are adequately spaced. Loved the high ceiling, it isn’t noisy given the number of people in the buffet area.nHighly recommended. One of the best hotels in Saigon. ud83cuddfbud83cuddf3

Staff exceptionally helpful, friendly and amiable. A polite stay and the pool on the second floor whilst very windy is a welcome relief after the heat of the day. Food is good as expected from 5 star and priced accordingly. Good equipped gym too. Wonderful oasis of calm in a busy city
