Got the job done but extremely unprofessional service. I used the same company in Da Nang. First of all, this is not a real visa company in Da Nang. It's simply 1 girl who operates out of a coworking space chair and her home. When I came to pick up the visa, I had to meet her at her home, but she gave me the wrong address and I had to take 2 taxis and have several conversations with her to finally extract the right address. They also do not charge at a normal exchange rate, and the price they tell you is higher if you pay in VND because their exchange rate is horrible. Horrible and unprofessional customer service. They care more about the money than actually providing decent service.
