The food was Horrible! In the end we were scared to join mealtime and felt very embarrassed about leaving the food, but simply couldn't stomach it.nThe room was big but not clean at all. First of all the toilet in our room was covered in poop, even on the seat. Made us worry about kitchen hygiene etc. We also met a little cockroach enjoying some beer from an open beer can in the room.nIt seemed like the young boys of the crew were taking care of all jobs, cleaning cooking etc. They were definitely not professional, but probably underpaid too.nThe guide was the only positive thing about this cruise.nI strongly discourage anyone to go on this cruise.nDefinitely wasn't worth the 140$

Rooms are very nice considering you are on a boat. Beds are extremely comfy, great A/C, minibar, fruit and water on arrival and good bathroom. Staff were very attentive to our needs. Food was 3/4 courses each time and they have a good selection, mostly seafood however I asked for no seafood and they accommodated. Drinks are slightly overpriced but not that bad and good selection of wine. Activities were kayaking, swimming and squid fishing. They also stopped at a place you could take a bamboo boat which was really nice.

I wouldn't recommend it. The crew tried their best but it really disappointed me. It was the most expensive tour we took in vietnam and it made me regret not to go for a day trip instead and save a good amount of money.

I am so sorry to do this rewiew but I have to in order to protect other travelers from this horrible experience.nnIt's definitely not 4star cruise and its definitely not as pictures mentioned it to be.nnBoat is not clean, old and bedsheets were dirty.nnFood was horrible.nnThe crew members were nice and tried their best to make a good trip. Not their fault but definitely not a good provider or agency.nManager of the agency was nice and understanding, trying to make up things with a 30$ refund but my time was wasted anyways.nnIf you you looking for 4star, better book somewhere else.nnSorry guys

A very good esperience. The boat was a bit old but all common areas and private rooms are very comfortable and clean. The food was very good.nStaff was very nice and ready to help you at any time. Also the activities offered were well organised and fun.nOverall a very positive trip, especially for those people who wants to enjoy Ha Long bay in tranquility.
