Horrible. NO WATER to shower in the morning. Do NOT trust this hotel, management is useless. Pay high price, no refund for their shortcomings. Totally unprofessional.

The room is not clean, there are dead insects on the floor, towels are dirty and dirty. In particular, the bed sheet has dirty pants like there is something that was previously anticipated (thinking like a translation from rain clouds). It was really a bad experience for the first time to come here, although it had been previously requested to change rooms and was changed to a new room and the new room was no better than the previous one, so I had to keep it for the rest of the night. .
