Great customer service. Friendly, professional and helpful staff willing to assist and find solutions. Many speak good English. A special thanks to the Hostess / Coordinator at the entrance. Very smart, effective and professional.

Nice office. Can open cards account only of you have visa starting from 1 year. Still can open an account without card.

Visited on 26 April, 3pm. Waited 1.5hours for just a simpe service. No queue number, so you basicaly needed to anxiously wait throughout for them to call our name. Worst thing was, they didnt follow the sequence first in first out, and randomly put another stack of new orders on top of the old ones. Staff name is My Van, counter 4.nnWe filled a new form and went to another counter, and it was done within 10mins. By the time we left, the original counter 4 still hasnt called our name as it was still not our turn yet, according to My Van.nnNo feedback form was available for us to provide our feedback. We hope the system of a reputable bank like VCB can be improved (eg. At the minimum queue number is provided, and service is prioritised based on queue number - the most basic standard in servicing clients).

Easy to change international currency. Helpful staff member gave directions. Need passport number but not original passport for currency exchange form.
