Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc

Amazing and delightful experience!nnWe just spent a wonderful stay of 10 nights at this amazing resort that is perfectly fit for family (basically extended our stay since it was so peaceful and relaxing here).nnLocated in an isolated area (Ong Lang beach), this Resort itself is truly amazing, beautifully designed and well-maintained (since it has operated not long ago). Facilities, such as kid’s club, fitness and pool area, are also great. It has its own private beach. We did encounter some nuisances at the beginning of our stay but was quickly and efficiently resolved by the helpful staff (special thank to Ms Mia from Guest Office department).nnWould definitely return to this haven and highly recommend.nnRecommended tip: rent a car or motorbike if possible to connect freely with closest city (hotel do also have its shutter bus)

The hotel is clean and good but Staff does not accept return room deposits and phone or mail response is very poor. If you are staying here, do not pay for the deposit by credit card. It has a very poor service. I still not getting my money back. this hotel not 5 star.. same as motel services.

The most incredible mini vacation ever. When you feel very sad to leave because you will miss Katherine from the front desk, Ann from the restaurant and Tien from the spa, you know you've had a nice vacation. Great beaches and nice pools are easy to come by on the island, but the staff is what made our stay unforgettable. The kids didn't want to leave without saying goodbye to the staff at kids club, because they loved them so much. Rooms were nice, clean with comfortable beds and amazing views. Breakfast buffet had every dish imaginable. Yoga class on the lawn was a great way to stretch and relax. Beach was warm and very clean, along with the amazing infinity pool. The whole resort was very calm, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of opportunities for amazing photos all around the resort. Overall an amazing location to get away from the daily grind, would recommend it to everyone, and hopefully will be back soon.

I’ve been here twice, the first time was October 2020 and the latest was end of January this year. The service was consistently satisfied, and the facilities were excellent ud83dudc4dud83cudffb. The only difference was that at the last visit, we stayed at the studio which comes with the small kitchen, however, it first didn’t provide kitchen supplies and utensils which was a bit inconvenient. But then the situation was well-handled and quite quickly which is a plusud83dudc4fud83cudffb. The room is really spacious and comfortable, nice lake and sea view that the incredible sunset can be fully enjoyedud83cudf05, and it’s also being cleaned carefully everyday by the housekeepers ☺ufe0f. We have free access to the hotel’s bikes so it’s super easy to get around, or by electric cart. The buffet breakfast is 300k with a variety of choices in which the quality is pretty nice. The pool and the beach are definitely awesome for such getaway treatud83cudfd6.
