The owner is friendly and speaks some English. But that is it. The place and rooms are shabby. There are pharaoh ants in the rooms. Mosquito nets in the windows are missing. The bathroom was dirty and there was no place to hang the showerhead. There are also holes in the sheets and dirt under the beds. I had also one night without hot water and I was listening the noise of the water pump.

The owner of the hotel is enthusiastic, the location right on the beach should walk 2.3 minutes to come, have made and sold both specialty nuts and seaweed

The host is friendly, the location is nice, convenient to go to the attractions and the price is low, the old layout is very good in the price range. Will still come here when I go to Con Dao_tin happy: the owner is planning Rebuilding the 5-storey scale with the current position & the tourist ship port will be at the door before it is very convenient - the owner will complete the plan soon. Then it will definitely increase to 3 *
