Marina Bay Côn Đảo Hotel

Giving this 5 stars to help balance out the negative reviews. It's a fairly decent hotel. Beds were very ,very comfortable, rooms were clean and breakfast was plentiful. Swimming pool and bar were a little disappointing but that didn't really bother us. There were no hidden costs at all. The location is excellent.

Unreasonable additional costs were charged above our internet reservation. If the hotel can't fulfill the requirements of the reservation it does not mean we need to pay double. Next to this unpleasant surprise the service was horrible. Absolutely no help or polite hospitality which made our stay next to the double payment unsatisfied. I recommend travellers to double check their reservation and to expect no hospitality to prevent unpleasant surprises.
