It is the Viet Nam Post which is located right beside the Hoan Kiem lake. Here is a merchant selling commemorative stamps. Hundreds of stamps are being sold in Vietnam. If you are collecting commemorative postage stamps, you can be interested.

Charged a fortune to mail a parcel, but the parcel was lost and nobody tried to help. Receipt and tracking number useless. I would avoid.

Worst customer service after being in Vietnam for one month. This is supposed to be an international service. The lady at the counter spoke English, but did not provide information, because she was constantly sending private messages on her phone. The leaflets we had to fill in where all in Vietnamese. Again no information from the lady. When we paid, we had to wait for our change, because the lady was on her phone again. We only could send half of our packages, because she would not explain to us, how the second package could be delivered with insurance. I hope the packages arrive. If you really have to send something from here, at least avoid the lady.
