they are thieves! they understand nothing. the rate is normally 25 and there you take it and 23 to avoid !!! unfriendly, rude and unprofessional staff

Very convenient and efficient place to mail extra stuff back home. The staff were friendly and the process was quick and easy. Bear in mind though that mailing things internationally takes a very long time for it to arrive and is quite expensive. I spent $30 USD to mail 5 kg back to the United States and it took 3 months to arrive.

The young lad that worked here, back in 2017, is amazing. Not sure if he is still there.nI also love the place, a respite of the heat and hassle and bustle of the city.

Bad customer service. The lady at the desk was rude and judgemental. They wasted my time and I dont appreciate that. Here's a 1-star for you guys, well deserved ud83dudc4d

SCAMnnPostcards never arrived... It was 25 Postcards and no one arrived in germany. If you send postcards check the employees put the stamp on it before you leave the office. I didn't control the process, so I think the lady from the desk put the money in her own bag...
