Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are very musty. There is no gym, spa or pool. The handheld shower only produced only a trickle of water and the rain shower not much more. Plus it took a very long time for any hot water to come through. The complementary bottles of water are just bottles that they refill with tap water. Very small TV. The bed was clean but the floor wasn't. Many of the staff are glued to their phones but they do generally provide a decent service when they see you. At least the recently remodeled foyer and restaurant look good and the restaurant food was okay.

The staff were warm and friendly - nothing was too much bother. We were travelling with Trip A Deal and the staff were very familiar in the procedures of this company. Big thanks to the Housekeeping staff who found and held an item I left behind for me to pick up on my return.nThe breakfast selection was fresh and varied with wonderful omelette and egg cooks.nEasy walking distance to lots of places.nWe stayed Dec 2019 during the renovations - the finished result looks amazing, we cant wait to return. Thanks again to everyone - apologies for taking so long to post a review :)

Lovely place to stay in Hanoi!nnLoved the location, There are local beer, Czech beer, Convenience store, Span& massage surround Flower Garden Hotel. The staff was so cheerful andnwelcoming! The rooms were beautiful, very tastefully decorated, spotlesslynclean, big comfortable beds. Breakfasts were good with both western andnVietnamese selections. The surrounding streets are closed to motorbikes and cars on weekend nights.nnAttentive service, Beautiful room, Fabulous food! That all we need. ThanksnFlower Garden Hotel.

AMAZING FACILITIES AND CUSTOMER CARE.nRoom was quiet, large and the staff very friendly and helpful. The staff were nice enough to escorted us get through the road cause of so busy traffics. The rooftop restaurant is wonderful with a great view. Breakfast had a good variety and the Vietnamese coffee excellent.nIn general, the hotel is very clean and modern and also comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if we were coming to Hanoi.

Fabulous hotel.nStarted our ten day tour of Vietnam in Hanoi at Flower Garden Hotel. Situated close to the lake and in the old quarter of the city. Great location. We had a suite which was roomy and had the luxury of it equip. This hotel sets the standard high with incredibly hospitable staff who will do anything to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one. They are also very genuine in their approach. The breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose in a restaurant from the roof top. The hotel is very clean and modern and also comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if we were coming to Hanoi and would gladly recommend it to friends.
