JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi

The JW Marriott has taken over as my favorite hotel in the world (and yes, I've been to several). We live in Hanoi and always spend a couple days here whenever we have an extended break (which is often as I work for an international school). The staff are the best in the business: they are fast, kind and professional. They go out of their way to make you feel valued. The hotel itself is grand and always clean. JW Cafe is a bit pricey, but worth it. The breakfast buffet is the best in town. The location is a bit far from the Old Quarter and there isn't much to do within walking distance. But, it is a short ride to wherever you want to go. If you ever visit Hanoi, stay at the JW Marriott!

Excellent hotel. The best of the 5* hotels in Hanoi that I have visited. Friendly welcome, spacious room, excellent service in the executive lounge. Breakfast was plentiful and cocktails in the bar were tasty. Has a large indoor pool. The only negative perhaps for a tourist is the location, as it's a little far out of the centre of Hanoi.

Great atmosphere. Lovely and romantic place for Christmas. Interior and service were amazing. Even the head chef greeted us while having dinner. Good ingredient for food and unexpected Christmas presents from the hotel. Super recommend this place for kind of a romantic moment.

Not staying at the hotel, but been there for the Charity Christmas Village 2020. And maybe it's the fall atmosphere of Hanoi, or maybe it was the Christmas spirit, but I really enjoyed the village. Pony club ride, some gym activities for under 3 years old and older, and the general scenery is just very pleasant. Had a really fun time there.

Great breakfast. Impeccable service from a very friendly staff. Most employees speak English.
