Any food tour which includes the quintessential Vietnamese beef noodle must BEGIN and end at Pho Le in District 5.nnAfter over a decade of visiting Ho Chi Minh City, wr find the original Pho Le still serves up the best soup in town. LOADED with your choice of meat(s) each bowl can be further customized with raw egg, blanched or raw bean sprouts, dandelion, basil, satay chili, black bean sauce, lime, and even BEEF TALLOW and fat.nnThe noodles are soft. The stock is rich and aromatic. The meat is generous. The ambience... well, classic Vietnam.

It's Pho noodle restaurant. It's expensive as Pho noodle. It's about the double or more price than normal one. However if comparing to the one that you actually receive. it's not expensive at all. The fact is, it's huge boul and a lots of meat are coming with it. Of course it tastes very good. I'm sure that it's one of the best Pho noodle in the city.

Ate here on several occasions.nPros: -Good broth; good herb selection; average meat quality.nnCons: -Noodles are way over done for my taste.; too pricey for an average bowl; missing the staple spices (ginger, charred-onion, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, etc.)nnVerdict: Underwhelming - considering all the hype. We've had better Phở in various locations. Not worth going out of your way. Better places to consume your calories.

Price and service was good. Pho was okay, nothing amazing to raving about. Tip, if use their wet wipe they will charge you, stick to just using regular napkins.nnThere’s two menu, I have a feeling that the English menu is more pricey than the Vietnamese menu.
