Good style but poor customer service.nI bought pants but staff in the counter forgot to remove a magnet so I had to visit a store again next day. The staff never say “sorry” even it is their fault.

A shop assistant said she would help me and find a smaller size and bring to me to the fitting room. She obviously forgot about me. Later she said the smaller size was out of stock but when I looked myself it was there.
