Old Navy

My favorite brand, casual basic style, comfy clothes and reasonable price. Because they are not too busy so the staffs are nice and caring.

Terrible customer service. We set aside a pair of shoes that we wanted to come back and purchase after shopping in the other stores, as Old Navy was our first stop. We asked what time they closed and were told 10pm. We shopped in the other stores a lot longer than expected and I returned to Old Navy at 955pm to buy the shoes and the security guard tried to not let me in. Eventually an employee came over who I think was trying to explain to me that they close their registers at 945pm. So after arguing with them for a few minutes and not understanding why they weren’t open until 10 as stated we got nowhere and I wasn’t allowed to make the purchase. We were flying out the next day so was unable to return.

Nice clothes, unfortunately stuff is slow and unprofessional...(store in Estella place)

I bought a jeans and a shirt today at Old Navy Vincom District 1 DongKhoi. The two cashier were rude. The way they explained, their gesture and attitude really dissapointed! I regular buyer of Old Navy. Their service were unacceptable!!!
