Nice view, but getting old and not maintained well, and choice on menu is poor also, they don't have tourist die to covid so only business travelers now and just a few client, what explains probably the poor choice for the menu.

This place doesn't accept non-vietnamese while the guesthouse 100m away does. 1 star for both Covid 19 and this hotel.
