Nice but to walk close to monument is not possible, must shoot pictures from the main streett.

Architect Le Hiep is the author of the Memorial of Heroes and Martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Country located in Ba Dinh Square (Bac Son Monument). This was the first project that brought him glory: the State Prize for Arts and Literature; National Award for Architecture and the opening of a series of monuments. He is also the author of 14 completed monumental works, including 5 buildings winning prestigious architectural awards.
