Beautiful example of colonial architecture. The bright yellow really stands out against the dreary great day. There are guards all over please do not asked to take a photo with the guards they will not say yes. My boyfriend asked and it was quite embarrassing. You cannot go inside.

Beautiful building but you cannot approach or enter. Sits within the ho chi Minh mausoleum/ gardens complex which is a must do in the city.
