you can only walk around the premise and view the outside only of the palace (can't go inside), garage, and ponds. not missing much tbh.

Presidential Palace, a beautifully restored colonial building constructed in 1906 as the Palace of the Governor General of Indochina. It is now used for official receptions and isn’t open to the public.

Nice, but you can only visit few places.

Built by the French in 1905. Ho chi refused to live here but used it for distinguished guests, today it is used for formal receptions.
