It's more like a regular park than a garden. I go there for exercise a few times a week. It's peaceful, but I wouldn't put it on a must-see-list for tourists unless you just want to grab some take-away and a blanket for a quiet picnic. If so, go during the weekdays.

Quiet and serene garden in the middle of the bustling city. Plenty of space and paths to walk unhindered. Nice place to unwind.
