Clean, good value hotel at good location. Owner is very helpful. Range of services available including laundry, transportation, and snacks. Restaurants and minimarket nearby. Recommended.

This place doesn’t know how to do business. They don’t understand the concept of honoring an online price and asked us to pay more when we got there. I would avoid this place and stay a few doors down at July’s.nnWe had booked online through Agoda. When we showed up the woman that was there said that there weren’t any rooms left for two people and that we only booked for one person (we checked again to make sure we booked for two people). Instead of just telling us she couldn’t accommodate us she walks us down the street to a different hotel and then tells them we made a mistake and only booked for one person. She then starts haggling price with us and the other hotel owner telling us since we are two people we have to pay more.nnAt this point of being insulted enough and being put in an awkward situation of negotiating for price I start to loudly tell her I booked online to avoid any of this nonsense of negotiating for price and I’ll find a place on my own. She then insults us again by telling the other hotel owner that we are getting loud and she thought we must be Chinese! We are Vietnamese-Americans and speaking Vietnamese the whole time but clearly she thinks it’s a clever insult to call someone Chinese. We thought she was behaving badly and sneaky but was very defensive when we pointed it out. Avoid this place.

The uncle is very friendly and kind. You can ask where to eat, where to hang out ... clean rooms, lovely decor, many virtual living corners. Near many eateries and cafes, it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea.
