Facility was upgraded but not in so perfect condition.

One particular staff was very helpful and kind. He helped us with the cabs and luggages. Rooms are not spacious but not tight. The shower was nice and the location is perfect.

I have stayed here 3 times since 2018. It's a pretty new hotel. New paint, new furniture. This hotel is located in center of the city, so its convenient for moving between attractions. You have to keep on calling reception to switch on the AC otherwise they keep switching it off.nThere is nobody to carry your luggage.nAlso, for a hotel with such lax standards in quality, they put a very high surcharge for 1hr delay in check out

Location is very good, it is located at the Da Nang city center with a shopping mall within walking distance. It is near to the famous Han Market too. There are many restaurants and massage parlors around this hotel. Price is affordable.
