World-class charm and amenities at a very affordable price, with outstanding customer service. I only wish I could travel to Viet Nam from the US more often than once a year so I could stay at this wonderful hotel more frequently!

Love this place. This is year #5 coming here. I dont even consider another hotel. The staff treats you like family. Very beautiful hotel, located 5min away ($2) from all the busy city life, right on the sea side, making it very special. Great beach section and amazing outdoor pool. All rooms facing the sea, giving amazing sunrise view. Very quiet rooms with comfy beds. Staff is absolute Gold, always smiling, always happy to see and assist you. I think it's the best value for $ Hotel in the area.nPs. Hotel ordered us a taxi to airport and we forgot the bag in the car, called hotel and they have sorted everything out, had my bag back in less then 10min, think it was the best personal touch, showing how caring the staff are.

What an excellent hotel! Great location, welcoming and friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, easy access to the beach with hotel's towels and sunbeds, and a spacious clean pool. My husband and I stayed with my parents, and we all loved Sunrise. Staff were so lovely and helpful - there was a small issue with a fridge which was quickly fixed, housekeeping, lifeguards, restaurant and security services were on point. Staff even helped us find our bag which we have forgotten in one of the taxis. We will be back fo sure! Thank you Sunrise hotel staff for your hospitality!!

This hotel is worth less than 4 stars. 3 Front desk staffs work so slowly. It took 40 minutes to check in for 11 guests. Super slow.
