This spa is in Vinpearl Phu Quoc area and I had a terrible experience here. I came for sauna and they said there are 2 rooms: dry sauna room and steam room. I must soak in the pool then steam room and dry sauna room at the end however the steam room didn’t work. I called the staffs for help but they also couldn’t, they explained that the steam room need off time for 5-10 mins then only can on again. I went to dry sauna room 1st but after 15mins, the steam room still couldn’t on. So disappointed
