Chez Carole Beach Resort

Rooms were old and the decorative stone/concrete floors in the toilet area was the worst planned out idea ever... twisted ankle on the way to the toilet in the middle of the night.nWater pressure at less than zero in the shower.nThe bed was fine, not like sleeping in a cloud but passable.nScenery is pretty awesome, beautiful, serene, peaceful.nThe food was horrible and way over priced.nSpent 800k between 2 people and ate twice hoping that the first time was just a miss but the second meal was just as horrible as the first.nAt the time we were there only 24 guests were there as well... took over an hour each time we ordered food for it to arrive.nnThe majority of the guests were from what appeared to be one family, I expected the kids to be rowdy and play loudly but surprisingly it was the adults who treated the staff badly as if they were their personal servants and shouted loudly across our table on both of your dining experiences, I finally got tired of the yelling on the second day when one of the female guest decided shout over our table to her kid, I turned to look at her and said “please do you mind” at which point she told me to leave her country.nnAll in all a negative 3 stars

The most beautiful resort I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Perfectly placed outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful pristine beaches and amazing food. The staff is also some of the friendliest people I have met in Vietnam!!!!!I would definitely recommend staying at this resort!

Had a marvelous stay here, staff is friendly and professionnal, chef cook really nice food.

Lovely place with a lnice restaurant by the beach. Haven't stayed there, just had lunch and dinner a few times
