Great local seafood experience. The restaurant is part of a fish farm located in the ocean. So the restaurant is built on stilts high above the water. You walk along a 200 meter pier/dock to over the water to get to the restaurant and on the way you see the fish swimming in pens, deep in the ocean! Their specialty is Cobia. You might even see the owners throwing leftovers from the guests' meals into the ocean, and all the fish scramble to eat, almost jumping in the air! The floor of the restaurant is shiny polished wood. You have to take your shoes off and leave them at the entrance. The restaurant is outdoors. It has no chairs. You sit on the floor at low tables. The menu is in Vietnamese and English. You can order fish by the kilo or by single portions. They also have meat options. We shared a huge fish hotpot among 3 people and we couldn't finish it!

You are paying a lot for a beautiful location. Food quality is ok but small portions.

Delicious and fresh. They have many more options than they print on the English menu for westerners so ignore that and familiarise yourself with some local seafood dishes and show them pictures or names, they will understand. Also a couple of things (veg and prawns) were unfortunately seasoned with a little msg so you might want to mention No MSG as well.
